That vision became Align — a wellness platform that empowers women with thoughtfully curated programs, uplifting energy and sustainable routines they can follow every day. Align was also born from Bailey’s own personal health journey. After struggling with hormone imbalances and burnout, she developed the Align Your Cycle method, a unique program that has now helped thousands of women balance their hormones, feel connected to their bodies, and live in alignment with their natural rhythms.
